These terms apply when you use Quest, in Telegram, through the Messaging Quest extension or on this website. Using Quest means you accept them.

1. What Quest is

Quest is an AI agent you hire in Telegram. Tell it what you are after (customers for a product, work for yourself, or people for a role) and it looks for the people who want it, drafts what to say, and, with the extension, reads the web and posts from your own accounts in your own Chrome. Quest is free. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

2. Paid plans

When we offer a paid plan, such as Featured, its price and terms are shown on this website before you pay, and payment is taken there, not in Telegram. You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing here takes away a right to a refund or to withdraw that the law gives you.

3. Your accounts, your words

• What Quest sends from your accounts goes out in your name, and you are responsible for it. Quest asks before it sends until you have approved a few on a platform; say "ask me first" whenever you want to review each one.
• Each site and community has its own rules. Following them is up to you, and they apply to what Quest posts for you. A site may take a post down or limit an account; we cannot undo that.
• Quest never asks for your passwords. Keep your logins and your computer safe.

4. What you may not use Quest for

• Spam: messages in bulk, or to people who did not ask about anything near what you offer.
• Writing to anyone who asked not to be contacted, or harassing, threatening or deceiving anyone.
• Pretending to be someone else, or hiding that you are behind what you send.
• Anything illegal, or promoting anything illegal.
• Collecting information about people for anything other than reaching them about what you offer.
• Getting around a site's limits or bot checks, or trying to break, overload or copy Quest.

We may pause or end your Quest if you do.

5. AI makes mistakes

Quest's research, drafts and reports come from AI models and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. We do not promise any number of customers, replies, clients or hires.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Quest running, but it is provided as it is, and it may be interrupted. We change and improve it often, and may stop offering it; if we stop, we tell you in the chat first.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or what a site does to your posts or accounts, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time: stop writing to Quest, disconnect the extension, and ask us at hello@messaging.quest to delete what we hold.

9. Law

Portuguese law governs these terms, and the courts of Portugal hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live and can bring a claim there.

10. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change matters to how you use Quest, we tell you in the chat before it applies.
